Returns & Exchanges 

We do not accept any RETURNS OR EXCHANGES on any product due to sanitary restraints. *Please Read the Clay Care listed on each item to know how to maintain the product*.

Upon proof of photos, you receive an item damaged, you are given a 10% discount on your next order. In order to receive the discount, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your product, and attach a photo of the said damages.

Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase 

Shipping

All orders typically will ship within 3-5 business days of receiving payment. All orders below 15oz. are shipped via USPS. First Class U.S. orders over 15oz will ship Priority Mail. All orders include tracking. 

 

We are not responsible for packages once they have been delivered to the post office. If you would like to purchase insurance, please contact me prior to purchasing.
